This is where family support is essential, no one has to walk this journey alone, and that includes families.
Family & Friends Group
Our weekly family & friends group offers a safe, relaxed and non judgemental space to meet with people with similar experiences to yourself. Our group offers tips on how to keep yourself well and how best to support your loved one.
Hope After Loss Group
This group is for family and friends who have experienced bereavement for a loved one through alcohol or drug use. The group will put the families and friends at the heart and allow a space for everyone to speak about their loved ones and how best to move forward while grieving the loss of a loved one.
